Based on your description it appears to be a muscle sprain. Muscle relaxants along with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like etoricoxib can be advised for 10 days. Most likely it will recover. The area needs to be examined and if required imaging investigations (a plain including the elbow joint) can be advised in consultation with your doctor.
