Welcome to ehealthforum,
Hymen has small gaps/spaces in it that allow menstrual blood to pass through. There are chances that the sperms in semen can travel up through these gaps/spaces and result in pregnancy. If she was during her fertile days at the time of sexual contact, then chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out completely. Consider taking emergency contraception within 48-72 hours of the sexual contact to prevent pregnancy. Wait and watch for her periods.
Take care.
