I'm 17 and I've been watching porn for 7 years. In the last 3 or 4, I've been watching and reading more dirty porn. Like, rape scenarios, BDSM and written stories with content so sick, repulsive and even sexist and disturbing that I'm to ashamed and embarrassed to mention it. Although, I have an understanding that it is common for females to have rape fantasies, I'm worried that this could have a negative phycological effect.

Mental Conditions Answer A9076
Hello,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. It is likely that there is nothing wrong with you as the human mind wanders from one extreme to another and your age is vulnerable for new experimentation. Read good literature, join a gym or hobby classes, do cycling, swimming or read good books to divert your mind. Also, indulge in frequent talks with your family and friends and practice safe sex in the future.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For an exact diagnosis, you are advised to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
