I read your question and would like to help

Here are several tips to combat anxiety
First and foremost is believing in your own self and taking control of your mind ,as they say BE BOSS OF YOUR THOUGHTS
Exercise regularly, specially early morning walk is know to reduce anxiety and expression
Eat healthy and sleep properly with a regular schedule
Cut down on caffeine rich drinks such as coffee ,reduce alcohol and stop smoking
Do yoga and meditate
Chamomile tea helps calming nerves and is natural remeady

Help with your anxiety
Absolutely agree with the above comments. Meditation, calming of the mind/soul, eating whole nutrient dense foods, getting outside and moving your body and also detoxing your system with gentle cleanses like teas. Always remembering to stay hydrated and feeding yourself nutrient rich fruits, vegetables, proteins, legumes etc.
