Eczema is a dry skin condition which varies from person to person skin type and comes in many different forms. You might have first noticed an itchiness, scaly, red patch on your baby’s cheeks, chin, chest, or anywhere in the body. Eczema is treated with moisturizing agents, and if it's severe, may also need to be handled with steroid creams, lotion or other prescription medicines.
