I am having heart troubles and my doctor has scheduled me a series of test, one of which is an ECG with rhythm strip, I was wondering what this is?

An electrocardiogram with a rhythm strip is a basic test to evaluate the status of the heart. This test picks up the electrical activity of the heart, is easy to accomplish, is painless and is often very valuable to assess heart funtion.


An easy-to-read book about the heart for lay persons. Available at major online book retailers and other fine bookstores.
