Welcome to the forum and I am glad to help you out. Your concern is regarding the left sided chest pain. Once the CAG is normal, the possibility of a coronary artery disease is virtually ruled out. The symptoms that you have described seem likely due to anxiety neurosis.

It is a series of symptoms, which arise from faulty adaptation to the stresses and strain of life.

It makes sense to consult a psychiatrist as you might need medications for the anxiety and maybe a round of psychological counseling. Treatment options include cognitive behavior therapy, medicines like SSRI’s, benzodiazepines and psychological counseling.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
