Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Question

User Profile
I had a unusual period which never happened. I always have the regular period since i had it. So last Sept my period was late for 2 day then on Thurs had bleeding but it was just pinkish in color and brown mucus like. I wasn't able to fill up a liner that day. 2 more days, i wasn't able to fill up a pad for the whole day and still pinkish. On the last 2 days i was able to fill up a night pad and it was pretty heavy and it had clots. So i was kinda relieved but i had 2 more days that i had a very dark brown almost black discharges that didn't fill up a liner.

After those discharges, i felt nauseous (vomit once), fuller breasts, dark nipples, headache, backaches, sensitive smell, bloated, palpitations, i always want to pee, bigger abdomen, cramps, has line across pelvis to bellybutton. 6 pts but came negative.

Diagnosed ovarian cyst through transvaginal ultrasound. Now i am confused if i am pregnant or its just the cyst that makes me feel pregnant.

Please help me out. Thank you.

Hello.
Welcome to this forum.
Definitely you are non pregnant. These unusual cycle bleeding and other symptoms might be due to some hormonal disturbances inside you due to stress or anxiety or tension. This is fairly common and resolves by it's own. Don't worry.Just relax. Take plenty of water and of course keep an eye over the present symptoms and next cycles.
Hope I can address your query. Please visit your doctor if there is any further confusion as without a clinical examination it is not possible to opine through an online medical forum.
