I am 6 days late, feeling dizzy and eating way too much of my normal food. I had light blood on the 3rd and 4th of this month. my first day of my last period was 12th of December. I had it for 4 days. I have not take a home pregnancy test yet. I am also having a bad left abdominal pain and back pain. Please advice is it pregnant of something else

Welcome to this forum.
You could be pregnant or couldn't be. Everything depends on the chances. I suggest you to go for a urine for pregnancy testing as early as possible. This will clearly tell you what is your status now.
