Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment whether the symptoms that you describe are due to pregnancy or due to high hormonal dosage (doubling up of active pill intake) without further evaluation. Avoid missing further active pill intake, and visit your doctor/gynecologist for thorough evaluation if periods are abnormal or if periods/withdrawal bleeding does not start within 7 days of taking last active pill. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
