Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Sometimes you can get periods/bleeding early while on the hormonal pill use. It does not specifically suggest that you are pregnant. Complete taking the pills as instructed. Start with the next pack on time. Prolonged use of hormonal contraceptives at times can also result in breakthrough bleeding/spotting. If you suspect to be pregnant, do not start with next pill pack unless pregnancy is ruled out. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for a thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Look out for development of any other new symptoms.
Take care.
