I'm 44 have always have had a rather irrg. period, might have 2 in one month, or be two weeks past due but always have one, it's been 3 months and nothing, I feel bloated like it's going to start and i'm tired more than normal. Early menopause is common in my family most of the females on my moms side and my sister have gone through it by the time they were 40 but i had no signs of having early menopause. Should i be concerned?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Since early menopause is common in your family and you are having change in period pattern with no periods at present, consider taking an opinion from a gynecologist. Go ahead with hormonal analysis to confirm/rule out menopause and other hormonal derangements leading to absent periods.
Take care.
