Since I had a rhinoplasty I've been dealing with a feeling of ear pressure. this has gone on longer than a year.

I've had my nose made bigger in an attempt to widen its passages and thereby alleviate the pressure that might have caused my Eustachian tubes to not be able to regulate.

My breathing is a lot better. My ears are a little better but not nearly enough

Can you refer me to any clinics or experts renown for treating this issue?
Can you offer any ideas?

I've already been to the mayo clinic and they had no idea what was wrong with me and hit a brick wall with 3 dozen or so experts.
I'm looking to get as many opinions on my problem as possible, though I am satisfied with my current doctor and will continue experimenting with different approaches with him for a while.
