On average it takes a woman 3 months to get pregnant. You also do not get pregnant every time you have sex. You can only get pregnant for about a week during every cycle (the week ends the day after you ovulate). If you do not have sex then, you will not get pregnant.

Best of luck TTC!

Me and my fiance have tried having kids for over a year na half and nothing happened..I was always thinking that I could not have kids. 6 months ago i became pregnant. it was the best miracle ever! we lost our angel 10 weeks pregnant. and now were starting to try again. it has been the hardest thing in the whole world to go through but now i know that i can have children. there is only a few days that will get you pregnant. its all about believing and timing. have you tried doing an ovulation test? you can buy them in the drug stores and they will tell you when the best time to concieve! good luck! I have faith that you will be giving the gift of being a mother when the time is right. Smile
