Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms of dysmenorrhea that you describe could be due to possibility ovarian cysts, pelvic adhesions on the affected side, endometriosis etc. Consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for further evaluation and assistance. Treatment as appropriate would be started to help you based on examination findings and investigation results. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
