Hi Doctor ,

I was using Duphastone for the last 4 Months . Till last month i got my periods on correct time . As per my physician i need to have it from 1-10th of every month and i used to get periods on every month 14th also . This month December i didn't get my periods yet . Insted of that white discharge is there which is not at all heavy . Out of my curiosity i have taken Urine test which was invalid and again i gone to clinic to do serum test . That was also negative Sad which hurts me Sad . How long should i wait to check my Pregnancy Test ? Sad Or is it something like , i am not pregnant at all? :(

I read your question and i understand your concern. Duphaston is an oral progesterone, and it helps in retention of pregnancy. It may not be effective alone in helping in infertility. You need to consider a fertility consultant and let them find out what is possibly causing this infertility. Treating that underlying cause will be beneficial. Polycystic ovarian syndrome, weight gain issues, hormonal imbalances and other causes of menstrual irregularity should be ruled out.
