Has anyone out there ever added Rhinase lubricated saline spray to the regular saline nasal rinse, when using Neti Pot or other sinus rinsing instrument? I mean just a little of it, to add extra moisture to the saline rinse? I can't find anything online anywhere that talks about adding a little more lubrication to the regular sinus rinses. I find the regular saline rinses tend to dry me out. I've used various rinses and gels, but Rhinase spray is lubricating and it just seems to make sense to me that it would be okay to add at least a few drops of it to the sinus rinse. Thoughts?

Hello and welcome to EHF,

Anything that is meant to be put in nose, specially nasal sprays can easily enter the sinuses too,so i think you can safely put a few drops into your regular saline to rinse your sinuses as the spray has been cleared by FDA to be put into nasal passages that includes, sinuses as well.

Wish you good health.
