Doubts on Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

i hope to get some opinions on CML according to the blood test..
the patient conducted 3 blood tests and gotten the following result

1) First Test
- Hemoglobin : 12.1g/dl
- Red blood cell : 3.8 mil/cumm
- Platelet : 640 tho/cumm
- White blood cell : 132.9 tho/cumm
- ESR : 35 mm/Hr

2) second test (2 months later)
- Hemoglobin : 11.3 g/dl
- Red blood cell : 3.5 mil/cumm
- Platelet : 485 tho/cumm
- White blood cell : 134.3 tho/cumm
- ESR : 45 mm/Hr
- blast cell in smear : 18%

3) third test (1.5 month after second test)
- Hemoglobin : 11.6 g/dl
- Red blood cell : 3.5 mil/cumm
- Platelet : 577 tho/cumm
- White blood cell : 184.1 tho/cumm
- ESR : 6 mm/Hr
- blast cell in smear : 4%

Patient is a vegetarian for more than 2 decades, and appreciate if anyone can provide his/her opinion on the statistics above.

Have you had a bone marrow biopsy performed?

I think the patient had better to do a bone marrow aspiration, view the blast cell in bone marrow and test the ph’ chromosome. If he/she had do this and had been diagnosed to be CML, the patient may have not been treated or have be in the accelerated phase or blast crisis due to the blood test results.
