Good Afternoon doctor,
I miss Prajakta Shinde ,age 27 years unmarried. I am suffering from Hair loss problem probably called as Alopecia.
My dermatologist suggest me Doris tablet as part of my hair loss treatment. But after reading reviews for Doris tablet I am getting wrong sign related to this tablet.
Something as birth control pills. Please suggest me Is it safe to take this tablet ? will it be affect my future life? should I continue with the same.?

If you mean to say that you have been prescribed Doris F tablets then these tablets contain Folic acid and is usually prescribed for anemia which can be the cause of hair loss. But the exact treatment for alopecia consists of corticosteroids, Minoxidil and Diphencyprone (DPCP). You can talk to your doctor and get these also prescribed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
