Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to predict your next expected period dates if your menstrual cycles are irregular. Although PCOS is known to cause irregular periods and anovulatory cycles (menstrual cycles without periodic egg release from ovary), you can have occasional ovulation, and if you had been sexually active around ovulation time, and if semen or pre-cum has come in contact with vagina, chances of pregnancy are possible. Look out for development of any other new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. If you suspect chances of pregnancy, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). PCOS usually responds to treatment with insulin modifiers as most common cause for PCOS is insulin resistance. If pregnancy gets ruled out, consider discussing with your treating doctor/gynecologist about getting started on these along with the hormonal contraceptives for better control of PCOS and for regularization of periods. Once the ovarian changes are reversed, hormonal contraceptives can be stopped (unless you wish to continue on them for birth control purposes). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
