17, dont find much enjoyment in life

im 17 years old and i just dont find much enjoyment in life at all, all i do is work go to school and sit in my room i hate coming out of my room i feel alone and i often think about suicide.i was self harming but i have managed to gain the strength to not cut myself. if im around alot of people i have a attitude that i hate evryone. i can either sleep all day or not sleep at all.most days im super tire for no reason and i dont what to do. do i need to see a dr or counselor

Yes you do and you should see a psychotherapist as what you are having is part of life and every body some how feel it in their teens. DOnt give up kid. Life is too beautiful to be wasted like this.

Just modify routine and lifestyle and make friends. Exercise and take part in recreational activities and social services and help the needy ones. You will feel happy and the joy of a life with a cause.

You will be fine. All you need is some vocational and recreational therapies.
