Donating blood with epilepsy

Sir,
I am suffering on epilepsy and I take medicine continuously. There is no seizure last 7 years. Last seizure was 2010 only one time and before 2010, last seizure was 2005. Now I do not feel any problem on my movement.
However, Sir, can I donate my blood to other who needs blood?

I am waiting for your reply.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. There is no contraindication for an epileptic patient to give blood, you have been seizure free, so yes you can give it, Even if you were not seizure free, it wont have mattered.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
