Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i believe this dietary provision can be easily manage with the help of a dietitian and some effort at your end to make sure that your diet is balanced and contains all the important ingredients human body needs. Hate of vegetables can be managed by mixing them with the things you like like meat or any other edible you are good at eating. Just consult a good nutritionist or a dietitian and they'll find a way to make them tasty for you as vegetables are important part of daily meals.

Take care.
