Welcome to ehealthforum,
Yes, sometimes, due to increased pelvic blood flow and congestion during period time, the tissues around could feel more soft and loosened. The normal tone and the feel come back once the menstrual period is over. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. If the problem persists, visit your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination and further evaluation to look for the underlying cause.
Take care.
