Welcome to the forum and I am glad to help you out. The pain of acute cholecystitis can occur in the center of the right side of the abdomen. However, the possibility of a peptic ulcer disease/pancreatitis needs to be ruled out whenever the pain is in the center.

Hence, I'll suggest consulting a gastroenterologist and getting an upper GI endoscopy done to rule out peptic ulcer and a CT scan of the abdomen & serum amylase/lipase levels to rule out pancreatitis. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
