Does it sound like this could be stress and anxiety?

So, I was feeling pain on the right side, chills, fatigue, a little chest pain and noticed a lump on my right rib cage. Lipoma's run in the family. They said it was a cyst or lipoma, no big deal.

I've had high blood pressure 135-145 over 87-94. But, it definitely lowers. My doctor thinks it's just a viral infection and nothing serious. She was asking if I'm an anxious person and honestly I haven't had issues like this ever. I'm 28 years old and in decent shape. My appetite has gone down and I am just worried.

Does it sound like this could be stress and anxiety? My legs are feeling really heavy right now and I just have this pit in my stomach. I took a xanex earlier and it's the best I've felt in a little while. Does this just sound like I'm really stressing myself out?? I did do a blood test even though the doctor didn't think I needed to...

Any advice or input?

Thanks so much.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
These symptoms are consistent with anxiety disorder. You would need anxiolytic like propanolol to combat this problem.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
