I have been to treatment twice. I thought I was doing really well until recently. I am restricting and exercising 6 days a week. I am seeing my dietitian and she is ok with me losing weight and she said my workout plan right now is fine. I am so confused because I feel like I should be ok with my body, or maybe that I shouldn't be working out as much--however my dietitian says that I am doing fine. I just don't know what it is that I am supposed to be doing.

Hi Mrs.Platypus, it is hard and confusing at times to just know when enough is enough, or when it's right. However, a dietitian is a good thing to have, but not all dietitians know what they're doing. I believe some are very strict, and have no clue to what they're talking about. I can definitely tell you a story of mine and why I, and others quit seeing her. It doesn't hurt to hear a second opinion. Maybe a doctor, counselor, etc. Take care!
