Breast stromal fibrosis is common and can cause lumps or thickening of breast tissue quite often there is associated pain and tendernes size of the lump may fluctuate which is good sign its simply increase in dense connective tisse of breast there is extremely low risk of breast fibrosis concealing an underlying breast cancer.
