Welcome to ehealthforum,
Antibiotics usually affect the efficacy of oral birth control pills, Ortho Evra patch, Implant etc., and can at times remain in your system for atleast 10 days. If you are worried about pregnancy, you are recommended to use back-up protection (condoms/spermicide gel) for additional protection if having intercourse to prevent pregnancy chances. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further discussion and clarification.
Take care.
