I've felt dizzy and had uncomfortable head for nearly 3 months. Constant headache feeling / light headed / brain fog - sometimes pressure around left eye above and behind - sometimes hot left ear. Feel dreamy / feel a lean to the left - like I've got a cloudy head - feel like constantly frowning - feel sicky

Blood test fine - eye test fine / urine test fine / neurological physical exam normal

I'm feeling so down about it and just want to feel normal again

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. With all the work up normal. its tension type headache. Supportive care with tylenol and avoiding the triggers in lifestyle and diet should be avoided. Consult a neurologist and let them evaluated the type of headache.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
