Dizzy and migraines...confused !!!!

ok so can someone please help me?!....about 2 wks ago on a sunday i got something LIKE a period and my period was supposed to come the day before anyway so i was one day late and i'm never late. when i reached home from work in the evening and used the bathroom i saw really brown blood/discharge then a couple hours later i noticed there was blood. now this was somewhat lighter than my regular period and whenever i used the bathroom and i wiped there would be little to no blood on the toilet paper...i never experienced this before! this lasted for 5 days. there are some symptoms that went along with it. a couple days before i got the bleeding i felt really dizzy like things were moving in front of me, then one day during the bledding i got a really bad migraine followed by a very nauseous feeling to vomit. ever since then and when the bleeding has stopped i've been getting mild cramps and little twinges in my uterus area, plus my uterus kinda feels a bit hard and round. i also have some constipation, embarassing! lol and continue to get headaches and migraines plus i noticed some new bumps on my areola...could i be pregnant?! please help!

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms (dark bleeding, dizzy like things were moving in front, really bad migraine followed by a very nauseous feeling to vomit, mild cramps and little twinges in uterus area, uterus kinda feeling a bit hard and round, some constipation, continued headaches and migraines, new bumps on areola) suggest early pregnancy.
Do not delay your visit gynecologist/obstetrician for a thorough examination and tests (blood HCG levels) to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
Take care.
