Disconnection From Reality

I am an 18 year old male and have recently been diagnosed with Depression, I have this feeling that everything isnt real and i am not real. I have done hallucinogens which brings me to my question, should i tell my doctor about this. Would it change the meds hes giving me or should i just not tell him?

Definetely tell your doctor about the meds. He will not report it if you used illegal drugs (he's not allowed to) and he can change your current medication so it doesn't affect your bodily responses. If you don't tell him, there is the chance that he may unknowingly put you on a medicine that reacts adversely with the remnants of thehallucinogens in your system and cause serious problems. So let him know, they'll probably do some blood tests and see what they can do abot your "fugues" which seem to definetely have a direct connection with the hallucinogen use.
