Hi, today dirty water from a public toilet splashed on my butt and anus. I'm worried because I have anal fissure, is it likely that I got something?

Yes chances of transmission are there. Hep b surface antigen and HCV , HIV antibodies should be done as baseline. Care should be taken to do retesting to cover for the window period in which it may not manifest.
