I have been diagnosed with IBS, GERD, SIBO and have had a stomach ulcer in the past. For the past month, I've been experiencing abdominal pain (everywhere from my stomach, to my intestines, to my upper right side), nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and both diarrhea and constipation. I have lost almost 20 pounds in a month's time. I would like to assume that these symptoms have been caused by IBS, however I'm a very worrisome individual.

Currently, I'm taking Xifaxan 550mg, three times a day for two weeks (this is my second round of this antibiotic, prescribed to treat SIBO), Bupropion XL (for depression), and a birth control pill which I cannot recall the name of. I have had two CT scans, an ultrasound done on my gallbladder/bile ducts/liver, a HIDA scan, and much bloodwork, all of which has been normal.

Do I have reason for concern, or could this just be IBS? Maybe somatic symptom disorder? I have been miserable for weeks. I'd like some relief.

Thank you.
