I am a 74 year old female. I am extremely tired after I have a bowel movement. What type of doctor would I see?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
You should see your GP as he would recommend you some multivitamins and counsel you about your diet and age related issues. If you have constant diarrhea or constipation or any other stomach related or bowel related issues you should see a gastroenterologist.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
