digestion problem if i eat too much

i am diagnosed with gallstones. since last year i didnt get any of those painful attacks since i started to lose wieght and on a helathy diet and exercise. i only eat once or twice from out. lately i overeat almost for full one week all sort of fatty foods etc. since then am experiencing a digestion problem if i eat too much at once...aftre i eat too much my sytem gets completely blocked. which triggers gallstone pain. i try to take ENO, tums,green tea but nothing helps at that time. i often had to vomit to clearup everything. due to blockage same gallstone pain starts and i have to take some painkiller everytime to get relief. pls suggest. thank you

There is no treatment to eliminate gallstones, and the pain that they can cause, other than surgery. Staying on a very low-fat diet can reduce the frequency and severity of gallstone-associated symptoms, however.
