Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Advanced maternal age is a factor affecting chances of successful pregnancy. Consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for further evaluation (to rule out any underlying causes for infertility and to confirm normal functioning of ovaries and hormonal levels). Treatment as needed (based on your examination and investigation results) would be started to help you get pregnant. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
