Diet for a Long Exam

Hello, I will be sitting a 7 hour exam next month. The exam begins 9.30am and is divided into 2x 3 hour sessions with a 1 hour lunch break in between. I was just wondering what would be the best things to eat for the night before, breakfast and the one hour lunch break to optimise and prolong my energy levels during this exam.
