Did I have a panic attack?

Hi, basically I was in work on Monday and I just didn't feel right, sweaty, dizzy and a heavy ness on my chest, all of a sudden I began shaking, my lips went all tingly and I cried a lot. All very embarrassing, it lasted about half an hour and I was so scared I went to the doctor who said I had a flu but I don't even feel sick. Is it possible this was actually more anxiety related, I've never had a panic attack before but something about the experience just tells me it was more them just a flu?

Its sounds alot like you had a panic attack. If the feelings continue you should consider seeing a behavioral therapist not just your GP.

panic attack
Yes , it sounds as a case of panic attack but some time it also happened if blood pressure is very low. May be you are disturb and depressed and your blood pressure goes down. if it happens next time first check your blood pressure.

That's what happened could be caused by possession.
I recommend the book Mrs. Wanda Pratnicka 'Possessed by Ghosts'
Until I met this book, I could not find help anywhere.
Only Mrs. Wanda helped me if you are interested visit the page:
