diarrhoea since Gallbladder removed in 2011

I had my gallbladder removed in 2011 because I had two large gall stones and I was told it was very inflamed but ever since I have had diarrhoea and the last few months my urine looks concentrated well a dark colour

I read your question and i understand your concern. After gall bladder removal bowel habits may vary and take tiem to adjust and diet lifestyle adjustments are necessary. Urine needs to be examined and assessed for renal functions as well for the concentration causes. Mostly its just dehydration.
