After a few hours of taking the 6th pill of my first week of intake of diane 35, i vomited, what should i do? is it like missing a pill for a day?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
If you had the vomiting after more than 3 hours of ingesting the pill, it will not be counted as missed pill as the gastric contents get emptied every 3 hours. In this case, it will get passed on to the duodenum and intestines allowing for absorption. If the vomiting occurred within 3 hours of ingesting the pill, then it will get counted as missed pill, you should cover it up by taking another pill. If 2 or more than 2 pills are ‘missed’ then you should use back-up method of protection.
