I'm 25 years old and I was diagnosed with PCOS a year ago when I was ovulating once a year. After many appointments I was put on 1500 dose of metformin 3 months go. Almost instantly I was ovulating and I have been able to track my cycle which is now 28 days for the last 2 months. I'm pretty sure I got all the timings right and I'm now around 7/8DPO. Here is a list of the symptoms I have noticed in the last 24hrs.

Intense hunger that I can't seem to curb.
Watery and creamy CM
Twinges in lower right/middle abdomen
Lower back pain
Tingle and itch in BBS and under arms
Extremely irritable for no reason
Almost 13 hours sleep which for me is unusual and still exhausted
CP low and very soft and mushy
