Hello and welcome,

I appreciate your concern,

There is this diet plan called,DASH (Dietary Approaches To Stop Hypertension),it includes foods which contain high amounts of calcium, potassium, magnesium, different proteins and a lot of fiber.
You should include more of fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, fish, skimme d milk and yogurt into your daily meals.Take your medicines properly and regularly.
Keep an eye on your blood pressure, check it regularly.
As for the exercise, you can take brisk walks, jog and run,do aerobic exercises or even join a gym.You are young and if your blood pressure stays in control with medicines and diet, then there really is no reason for you to not do any kind of exercise that you wish to do.

I hope this is helpful,

Wishing you the best of health.
