deregisterd at doctors?

can you tell me why ive been took off my doctors list i have not seen a doctor for 2years i phoned today to make an appointment to be told im no longer registerd im so phased why this as happend ive been with this practice all my life im nearly 57 and ive been told that i have to register could you give me a reason why this as happend

I don't know where you are... but In texas most offices make you update or confirm your registration annually... if you haven't been in two years that may explain why you have to re-register.
