I am 21 yo with my first child. I know that I am not financially or emotionally ready. I am in the process of adoption for the child, which I am thrilled about. Most of the time I find myself feeling angry, anxious, and depressed. I don't laugh as much and cry to sleep, sometimes for no reason. The depression also has me laying in bed all day. I have few friends who are supportive but have their own lives to tend. I feel alone and don't want to bother others with the downside of the pregnancy. Any tips?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The symptoms may be can be due to hormonal changes of pregnancy resulting in ‘pregnancy induced depression’. Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further examination, evaluation, clarification and assistance. Look out for development of any new symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
