I have intense depression after death of husband--afraid to be alone and to go anywhere what to do no medication helps

Only medications are not helpful in this situation. Combination of antidepressant and antipsychotic should be taken. Psychotherapy sessions like CBT are needed as well.

I understand it's a natural phenomenon when someonoe very close to you die then you get depressed and unhappy you will be ok with the passage of time jsut to get in touch with poeple...
