I've been bored to the point of crying. Often lonely and spend all my time alone with no social interaction whatsoever. I have went over 16 weeks and never left my house. Nobody wants to talk to me or be around me. I've quit showering and stopped exercising. I don't know if there is hope for me anymore. I want to get better and improve my conditions, but am experiencing significant tiredness, disinterest in activities, sadness and crying especially at night, and issues related to anger to where I have broken doors and punched holes in walls.

Depression Answer A64702
Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. You are just sixteen and its the hormone talk almost with any teen. All you need is a good few psychotherapy sessions and a dream to pursue with maximum effort and studies. Focus and help it out. Find friends, take help of a psychiatrist and let them help.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
