Can depression cause hormonal imbalance in females?

It is quite the opposite. Hormonal imbalance can cause depression in females. Depression is always a result.A condition called PMDD premenstrual dysphoric disorder, due to hormonal imbalances of ovarian hormones, serotonin and psychosocial neurotransmitters. I want you to seek a psychiatrist and let them help you with the best plan for you. It will be medicines and some therapies sessions like cognitive behavioural, Acupuncture,Relaxation techniques,Light therapy andSleep deprivation etc.
Consult a psychiatrist and let them help you.
