Do any of your staff members know where I can get a free evaluation to see if I am clinically depressed or if I'm bi-polar?

Depression Answer A5779
Current medical status: I had scoliosis surgery at age 10. I still have a slight curve in my back.
Current medical treatment: I am taking b-100 complex vitamins and omega 3 fish oil. I take one 1,000 mg of omega 3 fish oil and one b-100 complex vitamin every two days

The country you are from was not given. You might want to talk to your family doctor if he/she knows about depression or bipolar disorder supportive groups, which might answer your question. It is not unusual for doctors and other health care professionals to participate or even work pro bono in such supportive groups.
