Whenever you feel like depressed or anxious just listen to some music or don't sit alone. Be in a group. Start meditation.. Express your problem to someone. This will feel you much better.

Try to ignore the problems, go on a hike, go in for sports. That's the sport I helped a lot in due time, the best antidepressant that exists. This you need to help, during the sport you are distracted, and this gives you a motivation.
